This is a repair service for 2018+ Audi Q8/SQ8/RSQ8 lithium ion batteries. If the voltage has dipped low the control module inside the battery will open the relay and not allow recharging. If you put a multimeter across the battery terminals you will find 0volts present. A new replacement battery is $1800+ plus labor costs and usually not in stock as well. You will open the top cover of the battery and remove the control board inside and send us this part, we will restore this control module and you reinstall, recharge the battery and reinstall into the vehicle.
