We are not able to ship this item until we confirm these details with you, so please make sure that you pay attention for messages sent after purchase. \- LTL Freight carriers require a commercially-zoned business address with a loading dock or forklift to unload the item. Most of our customers choose to ship directly to the shop that is installing their part as long as it is a commercially-zoned business address. \- Residential delivery is not included in the free shipping. We have access to specialty freight carriers that can deliver to a residential address. There may be additional fees for this service. There are residential delivery restrictions you must meet for residential delivery to be successful:      ~ It is important to make sure there is an adult home between 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, to inspect and sign for the item. You may not receive calls from drivers in advance, so someone must be home during those hours to receive it.      ~ Freight carriers will not leave deliveries unattended at drop-off locations. An adult must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery.      ~ No deliveries can be made to apartments, condos, town homes or similar shared living spaces. Stand-alone homes only.
