All these brackets came of the south part of the USA. i got them out of a junk yard. they are very dirty, minor scratches scuffs and dings. minor if any rust. they need washed. if i were going to use one of these brackets i would put another coat of paint on them. just to make sure they are sealed up and can withstand the dirt, salt and debris. super easy to change. one bolt. now these are the kind that bolt on the frame crossmember. certain GM trucks they are welded to the bed. these bolt to the cross member in the rear of the truck. i try to make it to the post office once a day. sometimes twice. they are all in pretty good shape. when you order one i just grab it out of the box and ship one to you. they are all in pretty good shape. as far as i know these are discontinued from GM only ones we got are the ones left out on the trucks. i welcome questions and returns. thank you for looking.
