Item is used and in working condition. Item is described to the best of my understanding but may have minor scuffs or scratches not noticed in inspection. Most ECM’s, BCM’s, TCM’s, ignition switches/immobilizers, and factory radios will need programmed. I do not offer programming services. The only one that benefits from returns is the carrier, they are a waste of time, money, and resources of both parties. Please verify what you are in need of before purchasing in order to avoid any issues. All parts are warrantied for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Warranty covers the item and unfortunately not the labor costs. Electrical items are generally shipped with cut off wires from the connectors. This is not done to inconvenience the buyer in any way but as a courtesy to the buyer. If your connector is broken splice one of the included pieces in, if not disregard the item. Most items will ship same day as purchased unless weekends, holidays, or after 3:30 pm eastern time. Item will ship from PA please allow some time for delivery if shipping to the west coast, non-contiguous US, or international destinations.
