This is the 50oz roller motor balancer found on 87-93 ford mustang V8 motors. This is not the carb'd or earlier model version that was 28 oz. This is factory oem used. Its in decent reuseable shape. Normal wear from use and age but otherwise still reusable. Has signs of use on the rubber and snout but no big deal.
