Does not come with the small springs BUT those come in the hardware package you get from parts store. THis is the clip that actually covers the adjuster and a spring keeps tension on the brake pads. Its in good condition and this is a stock photo as these brackets all pretty much look the same all the way around. May be cleaned and painted as well.
