I'm not sure if this is new or used. I purchased it from a diesel repair shop that the owner retired and sold all his stock. The wheel has 142396 stamped on it, the tag has Schwitzer hand written on it. TERMS OF SALE **Return Policy for USED ITEMS:** buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. If buyer paid for expedited shipping, those funds will NOT be refunded, only the cost of the item will be refunded. If the item is not returned in the same condition as sent, up to a 50% refund will be given. Payment is due within 2 days of confirming payment. **Shipping:** I ship within 1 business day. Example: You purchase on Monday before midnight PST, I ship on Tuesday. You purchase on Friday before midnight PST, I ship on Monday. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and fees as shown on invoice from GSP. GSP provides tracking where unfortunately USPS has removed that option.
