Please see the pictures for condition. One of the mounting screws on the base bracket needs to be grabbed with some vice grips and unscrewed as the head had to be drilled off. Other than that, the brackets, gaskets, and other screws are all included. I did not clean or polish these at all as I did not want to Potentially damage them doing it improperly.
