This is an automatic transmission flex plate reinforcing ring which is correct for all Ford 260 289 302 351 cars for the years of 1962 through 1973. This goes under the flexplate to crankshaft retaining bolts to strengthen the flex plate to keep it from cracking or breaking. It is mandatory for any high performance application. These are not reproduced and are real hard to find so don't miss out by waiting to purchase it. All original Ford here, not crappy import repro junk!
