Each starter is assembled with ALL NEW PARTS listed above.  The armature's commutator is turned on my lathe and completely cleaned, and the shaft is straightened to within 2 thousandths of an inch. The housing is cleaned and painted inside and out. Double sealed bearings are used in the cap. The brand new field coils  (not rewrapped) are dipped in epoxy and will likely never fail in several lifetimes. Rewrapped field coils just fail again soon so I make & use brand new ones. The post is solid copper (not bronze) and is staked and silver soldered to the field coils making it virtually indestructible. This is literally the best starter you can buy for your Model T. It's taken me a dozen+ years to get to this point and produce the best Model T starter money can buy, all from the parts I meticulously manufacture.
