It is for a hard to find, durable rubber noise insulator and the anti-rattle brake pad clips on the 94-04 Mustang Cobra models & variants that use the dual piston PBR calipers & 13.00" front brakes. the main purpose of the rubber inserts will be to help the metal anti-rattle clips keep their shape and possibly absorb some noise coming from the brake pads & being transmitted. Additional fitments include certain model Corvette, Camaro & Firebird. See listed years below or contact me for assistance. We were able to locate a very limited supply of these rubber insulators. As far as we can tell these are not available separately. Most new kits do not include this part. The original factory Ford Cobra brakes include a similar rubber insulator installed in the front caliper clips. If you are missing them here is a chance to pick some up and install during your next brake job. We purchase them loose, in bulk.
