The transmission is completely disassembled and processed through a hot cleaning spray cabinet to ensure all parts are completely clean. All hard parts are then inspected to ensure they meet OEM specifications. Any that do not, are replaced. All the following parts are replaced, regardless of their condition. - Clutches - Band - Bushings - New Separator Plate, Heavy Duty ( **this is a transmission weak** **point**) - All molded Pistons - New Filter - Piston Kit, Heavy Duty - Valve Sleeve Boost Valve - Corvette Servo ( **this is a transmission weak point**) - Complete overhaul kit (includes all gaskets, seals and sealing rings) ∙        The outside of the transmission is cleaned, painted Grey. The brain of the transmission, the valve body, is given special attention. It is disassembled individually by a technician and hand cleaned in special solvents. Then it is carefully reassembled to original specifications. All transmissions are then assembled by our highly qualified rebuilders. They must pass an extensive dynamometer test to ensure shift quality and hydraulic pressure specifications for your vehicle.
