The transmission is completely disassembled and processed through a hot cleaning spray cabinet to ensure all parts are completely clean. All hard parts are then inspected to ensure they meet OEM specifications. Any that do not, are replaced. The brain of the transmission, the valve body, is given special attention. It is disassembled individually by a technician and hand cleaned in special solvents. Then it is carefully reassembled to original specifications. All transmissions are then assembled by our highly qualified rebuilders.
