Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it. **A Grade**\- The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age. **B Grade**\- The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age. **C Grade**\- The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage. **No Grade**\- A part that has not yet been graded. Occasionally the software may accidently automatically assign an improper grade. Please email us if there are any questions. Payment All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD credit card and cash for Local Pickup orders. If payment is not received within 3 business days, an Unpaid Item case will be opened for the sake of seller fee reimbursement and the item will be relisted once the claim is closed. Shipping Items are shipped after receiving cleared payment. We ship to US addresses within the 48 states via USPS Priority or USPS First Class, UPS Ground, FedEX Ground, or Spee-Dee Delivery. USPS is the primary carrier we use, however larger packages may go UPS or FedEX. SpeeDee delivery will be used when the destionation is within their delivery range. Because we offer free shipping to the lower 48 states, the shipping carrier we use is at our own discretion. If a buyer would like us to ship a specific carrier, please contact us prior to purchase so we can figure out the cost difference and apply it to the purchase price prior to the order. Items that have a shipping cost associated with them will be up to the buyer to select their carrier preference. While we limit our listings to the lower 48 states, we may be able to ship to AK, HI, & US Protectorates: please contact first as we may be able to arrange shipping for an additional charge (depending on the part). International shipping is not available. If a buyer uses an import/export service to bypass this, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Freight items must have a commercial address and part fitment must be verified via VIN prior to shipment. Items are shipped Monday through Friday. We are not responsible for any shipping delays asssocaited with any shipping carrier. Returns We offer a 30 day return window for most of our items. The 30 day return window begins the day that the carrier delivers the item. All parts must be returned in their original condition to receive full credit. Any item that was taken apart or otherwise altered in any way will be subject to a partial or no refund. Please message us with questions.
