Orders placed on a holiday or weekend will begin processing on the following business day. - In the event that the buyer does not respond to freight carrier attempts to call and schedule, or misses his delivery appointment buyer will be responsible for redelivery fee which range between $100-$500 depending on the size and weight of the package. - All freight shipments must be unpackaged and thoroughly inspected before signing for delivery. - If an item arrives damaged, you must refuse delivery for us to be able to refund you.
