If an item is damaged, please notify us immediately so we can file a claim with carrier as all our packages are insured for the full value. Any part or item deemed to be installed and non-working due to install or customer negligence will not be accepted as a return. If a part or item is deemed to be defective or broken upon inspection not due to the aforementioned, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion. Please keep in mind, due to the nature of the business, we may not stock another identical/replacement part, and therefore would refund the customer or issue a store credit.
