This way, it ensures you are within the time frame required to report such a problem. - Keep track of all the paperwork involved, correspondences, and photo documentation in case they are needed for your claim. - It is incumbent on you to file a claim as soon as possible. - While your claim is being processed, store the damaged goods. Though it may be tempting to get rid of it, discarding damaged freight will impede the claims process. - Please do not file a chargeback.
