Orders placed on a holiday or weekend will begin processing on the following business day. - Transit time for freight shipments can take up to 7 business days. - Locations without a dock or forklift will incur a liftgate fee. This MUST be specified AT TIME OF PURCHASE. - Residential freight delivery is available but must be quoted prior to placing your order, since it typically runs double the price in comparison to commercially zoned deliveries. - Buyers have the option to pick freight from a local freight terminal. If you opt for this option we will provide you with the location and phone number of a terminal closest to you. However, if you receive the part and it is damaged, not functioning correctly or if we missed something, please reach out as soon as possible so we can remedy the situation. - Items purchased and returned due to no fault of ours will incur a 20% restocking fee and original shipping cost will not be refunded.
