Installation Check List for mechanic: \*Failure to comply by these steps will void Warranty\* - Determine a failure cause of your original engine - Make sure the engine that you purchase from us is the same as the one being replaced - All computer diagnostic codes must be cleared prior to installing - Exchange the oil pan and pick up tube (if necessary) - Inspect to make sure replacements are needed for gaskets & seals (front seal, rear main seal, valve cover gaskets, oil pan gaskets) - Sealant must be applied to avoid leaks on drilled crankshaft bolts - Installment of new thermostat & gasket is required to avoid possible overheating in order to be insured by warranty - Make sure to remove all 'cap-plugs' - Replace water pump - Replace the timing belt - Exchange the flywheel and bolts - Install replacement sparkplugs & wires - To insure proper fit, exchange attached accessory items (mounts, intake manifold, exhaust manifold, distributor, sensors) - Before starting the engine, make sure to disable fuel/ignition. This will allow the oil to prime as indicated by the manufacturer - Replacement of engine oil, oil filter, air filter, fuel filters, coolant-antifreeze is required - Make sure that the excess oil and coolant from exhaust system is drained - For proper functioning, insure the cooling system is flushed \*Warranty does NOT cover labor, diagnostics, and other expenses related to an item being defective/damaged\* # Payment - We accept immediate payment processed through Paypal. **For any purchases over $3,000 we require a bank wire transfer or cashiers check for payment. - If item is ON SALE, Best Offer option will not apply. This includes your name & phone number as well as business name, address, and contact information for delivery. We do not ship until we have all required information. - We do not guarantee delivery date, as carrier may experience delays. - All freight shipments must be inspected upon delivery. The delivery driver will have paperwork for you to sign; DO NOT sign if there is any damage to the item as a result of shipping. If you sign, we will not be able to process a damage claim for the item. Signing the freight paperwork means you accept the item as received, including any shipping damage.
