\*\*NEEDS REPAIRS\*\* Bulbs and ballasts are included. Please see photos. This headlight has one tab on the back that is broken off. There is one small crack at the top of the housing. The internal headlight adjusting mechanism is broken and swiveling freely. The lens has some scratches. The lens is also damaged on the corner, where it mounts to the fender. Please review all photos.
