These are plug and play and DO NOT include mileage and hours programming. See our other listings if you need mileage adjusted or contact us. All clusters are in good shape. They are removed from trucks and cleaned (polish lens). We do not sell any clusters with MAJOR scratches or cracks in lens. Clusters are USA DIESEL spec MPH.
