WARRANTY **POWER ENGINES provides warranty** for certain items sold and guarantees protection from defects in manufacturing (of internal lubricated parts) purchased in the form of a bare long block when properly installed by an ASE certified shop and under normal driving conditions (does not include racing or hard loads/wear) for a specified period of time (and distance if applicable) under the conditions as follows: **New and Remanufactured engines:** Performance and part warranty valid for 6 months from the date of delivery, signed and time stamped. Proof of warranty will include state issued ID card, valid invoice and item serial number to match. **Installation Period:** Every item sold has a strict 30 day installation period. Items must be installed during the installation period for the warranty to be valid. **Covered Components:** The following components are covered in gasoline or diesel engines: pistons, piston pins, piston rings, crankshaft and main bearings, connecting rods and rod bearings, camshaft bearings, intake and exhaust valves, valve springs, push rods, rocker arms and rocker arm shafts. Power Engines does not warranty any covers, seals or gaskets included with the engine. Sometimes depending on year and application certain components (timing cover, valve cover, oil pan) may be different. In this case please replace with your original factory components. **Block and Heads:** The engine block and cylinder heads are covered only if damaged by Covered Components.   Cracks are not covered under this warranty. Replacement Parts: In case of a defect or failure of our engine, our obligation is limited to repairing or replacing damaged, defective, or broken Covered Components as set forth above. It is the sole decision of POWER ENGINES whether to replace the engine or to replace Covered Components, or provide a Refund (partial or full).   Replacement of any parts or engine will be completed only once under this Warranty and then it shall be void, and the obligations of POWER ENGINES shall be deemed fully satisfied.
