For any claim covered by this limited warranty, BattMech, at its discretion, will arrange for the repair of your battery Module, or replacement with a battery Module of comparable quality and cost, or will refund claimant for the original cost of the purchase, minus any shipping or Facebook fees at BattMech’s option. b)Refund, repair, or replacement of failed battery Module will be issued once BattMech receives back and verifies condition of failed battery Module for claim legitimacy. This choice-of-law provision is intended to be given the broadest possible scope and applied to all claims and disputes, without regard to conflict of laws rules. f)**WARRANTY** **VOID IF:** oDamage is done to any of the QR codes on Module. oModule has been CHARGED or DISCHARGED prior to installation into a vehicle. oModule was not installed by a certified automobile repair technician. oVehicle has not been started and driven for at least 30 minutes every 30 days. oBattery has depleted to less than 20% State of Charge (SOC) due to running out of fuel, engine or regenerative system malfunction, or user error. An example of user error is leaving the vehicle in neutral for extended periods while vehicle turns on. In this example, the engine is unable to recharge to the HV Battery that may result in permanent damage. oPresence of any of the following diagnostic codes: P3191 (Engine Does Not Start), P3193 (Fuel Run Out), P3190 (Poor Engine Power), P0A0F (Engine Failed to Start), C1256 (Accumulator Low Pressure), or their equivalent manufacturer diagnostic code.
