This part was removed from my vehicle at about 170,000, mi, I thought that this was the issue, turns out it was not, instead I was having wiring harness issues and corrosion up underneath the car. I left the used converter installed in my car, and I'm selling this one. So now I have the spare part sitting around, works as it should, the tape in the photos is just covering all the connector points to try to keep moisture out.
