Most modules and electronics need to be programed (coded) to your vehicle. We recommend finding a reputable and knowledgeable mechanic able to perform the programming before purchasing any module. Dealerships generally cannot program used modules since they only have the protocol to code new modules. We do not recommend using a dealership unless they can guarantee they can program a used module. Modules and electronics are not "defective" if you are unable to program into your vehicle. Since all modules are tested and working, if the module needs to be returned because you cannot program or communicate with it, the return will incur a 20% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. In the event that a module is defective, we require proof from your mechanic, stating the module is defective as well as the steps performed to determine the module is the issue. All electronic components we sell will have a “Warranty Void if Removed” seal on the item. If this seal is removed, ripped, or damaged, the item cannot be returned for a refund. Removal of this seal or altering an item voids any reason for return and will not be refunded. International Buyers All our parts are from Left Hand Drive (LHD) donor vehicles from the USA. This will not affect fitment on all parts, but some items are LHD or RHD specific, so you will want to confirm fitment before purchasing.
