Your VIN MUST be sent to us when you purchase the engine as we require it to confirm exact fitment and to have for our records & warranty team.** (Warranty applies to parts that arrive defective/damaged or become defective within the warranty period) **What is Covered:**     Engine warranties are limited to manufacturing defects in the Engine Block, Cylinder Head(s), Head Gasket(s), Crankshaft, Pistons, Rods, Bearings, Oil Pump, Camshaft(s), Valves & Lifters. **What is NOT Covered or Guaranteed to be included:**     The engine you receive may or may NOT include some additional accessories and extra parts. If included, these parts are sold AS-IS with NO WARRANTY and were included to help protect the engine during storage and shipping. Examples of these non-warranty parts include switches, sensors, cables, coils, wires, injectors, electronics, belts (including timing belt/chain), hoses, water pumps, brackets, intake/exhaust manifolds, oil pans and turbos/superchargers (if equipped), alternators, starters, and power steering pumps. To aid in installation, you get to keep your current engine and all attached accessories. Warranty does NOT cover labor, diagnostic, towing or rental car costs. **This Engine is Guaranteed for 30 Days with Proper Installation** **Installation Check List:** (Failure to complete the following will void Warranty) - Determine why the original engine failure occurred and make appropriate repairs. - Ensure this engine is the same application as the one being replaced. - Clear all computer diagnostic codes from the vehicle prior to installing. - Exchange the oil pan and pick up tube. - Inspect and replace gaskets & seals (front seal, rear main seal, valve cover gaskets, oil pan gaskets). - On crankshaft bolts that are drilled through sealant must be applied to avoid leaks. - Install new thermostat & gasket (warranty will be void if engine heat tab is melted or removed) - Replace the timing belt. - Remove all cap-plugs orifice covers. - Replace water pump. - Install replacement sparkplugs & wires. - Exchange the flywheel and bolts. - Exchange attached accessory items to insure proper fit (mounts, intake manifold, exhaust manifold, distributor, sensors). - Disable fuel/ignition before attempting to start engine. This will allow the oil to prime as indicated by the manufacturer. - Replace engine oil, oil filter, air filter, fuel filters, & coolant-antifreeze. - Drain excess oil and coolant from exhaust system. - If equipped with an engine oil cooler the radiator or external cooler must be replaced. - Ensure the cooling system is flushed and functioning properly. **\*\*\*Warranty does NOT cover labor, diagnostics, towing, rental car, or any other expense related to an item being defective/damaged\*\*\*** **Please contact us before returning an engine so that we may assess and/or diagnose the problems with the engine/your vehicle to approve a valid return. We may ask for pictures and/or video of the part either not functioning correctly in the vehicle or while it is out of the vehicle after being pulled (prior to returning the item). If you suspect anything is wrong with our part or the vehicle is not functioning correctly after installation, please be advised we WILL ask you to scan the vehicle for error codes as a REQUIREMENT to help diagnose the problem or approve a return. If a return is started & approved, Please ensure the original engine and all accessory parts we sent with it remain together. If the engine is shipped back missing any parts that we shipped it with, the warranty will be void. All major components of the engine (block, heads, timing chain cover, intake manifold, flywheel, and all accessory parts such as an alternator, compressor, throttle body. etc.) are stamped & marked with a stock# and/or our logo.** **\*\*\*SEND US YOUR VIN BEFORE PURCHASING so we can confirm 100% correct fitment for your vehicle. SHIPS TO COMMERCIAL BUSINESS ADDRESS ONLY! SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST HAVE FORKLIFT OR OTHER APPROPRIATE MEANS FOR UNLOADING SEMI-TRAILER. THE SEMI-TRAILER WILL NOT HAVE A LIFT GATE SO YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SAFELY UNLOADING THE ITEM - FREIGHT CARRIERS WILL NOT LET YOU UNLOAD THE ITEM BY HAND EITHER. IF THE FREIGHT COMPANY HAS TO RE-DELIVER THE ITEM USING A LIFTGATE, WE WILL HAVE TO SEND YOU A PAYPAL INVOICE FOR THE ADDITIONAL AMOUNT (UP TO $245.00 additional). If you request the use of a liftgate at the actual delivery (when the shipment is arriving to your shipping address) it is a breach of our shipping terms and agreement and we will have to charge you for it. Freight companies only use the liftgate when it is requested by the shipper or consignee (receiver), they do not use the liftgate without a request. If you need a liftgate service, we will have to negotiate a price beforehand and send you an additional invoice via Paypal.** **Commercial Business** address **REQUIRES A VALID BUSINESS NAME & PHONE NUMBER**. Lack of a valid business name and phone number will delay your order. Your engine will come on a wooden pallet in a semi-trailer and a forklift or other means will be required at the delivery address to unload (Loading dock is preferred). If you do not have a commercial business address that you can use for delivery, please ask us, as we have several hubs around the country where we can ship the item to, and you can pick it up when it arrives. - When choosing this option, customer pickup is required within 48 hours of the item’s arrival at the destination terminal (after tracking has confirmed arrival). Please reach out to the Freight Company to schedule pickup; DO NOT just show up at the terminal to pick up your item after tracking indicates it has arrived. - We will coordinate a terminal that is closest to you before we ship your item, and we will provide the necessary tracking information for you to monitor, and schedule pick up with. If a suitable pick up location for you is not found and you do not have a valid commercial business to ship to, we will likely have to cancel your order. - Please provide a VALID, working phone number. If the Freight Company cannot contact you at the number provided, they may dispose of your item within 3 business days.
