Items must be returned in the same condition as bought from us.   Once the part has been received, inspected (i.e. serial numbers, identifying mark, tamper proof labels) and verified against our system, we will issue a refund for the price of the part** **.** **Warranty** **This part comes with a 30-day warranty and we will issue a refund if the part fails within such period.   However, refund will not be provided if the part was damaged during installation or there was a wrong diagnosis (the part is functional but the problem in customer's car remains).   Warranty on electronic devices is void if identifying mark or label is removed or has signs of tampering.   If part fails within the warranty period, do not ship the item before contacting us and receiving a valid warranty return number.   Once we receive the part, we will proceed to test it and if we find the part to be defective, we will issue a refund for the part and return shipping no questions asked.   However, if part is found to be operating as designed by the manufacturer, we will share our results with buyer and return shipping will not be reimbursed.** **Customer Care** **We strive to do whatever it takes to get the item to you and hope that you are satisfied with your purchase.
