If you need a special pickup after or before hours please contact us first to schedule an appointment. **Returns -** If you want to return an item as long as the product is returned within 30 days of receiving the product in the same condition a 25% restocking fee will be charged plus the cost of a return shipping label if we provide one for you. For any item that is returned that is missing parts, or broken you will be charged the maximum dollar amount excluding if any parts that were damaged by the delivery company. You will be charged the maximum dollar amount for any returns not properly packed or poorly packed that arrive damaged due to insufficient packing. **Proof of payment -** We do provide a receipt/paid invoice, or a notarized bill of sale free of charge per request for salvage inspection or other reasons with your purchase as long as you let us know before the part is shipped out. If the part has already shipped and we have to send/mail a 2nd letter/package with documents within the contiguous 48 states a $10 delivery fee may occur.
