If the torque converter fails for any reason that is a fault of the re-manufacturing process, another remanufactured unit will be sent. The seller will pay for shipping. If the unit fails due to an improper placement, leaks, transmission faults and other issues etc. which are part of the customer’s liability the warranty will be voided, however a discounted remanufactured unit will be offered to the customer if they wish to send the old unit back at the customer’s expense.
