Headlight level sensor. Fits generation 2 Priuses (2004-2009) that have HID headlights. If you have an annoying headlight icon in the upper corner of your multi-function display, the headlight level sensor is often the culprit. I have some hardware and connector pigtails for these, but will only provide such parts if specifically requested. Send me a message if you have any questions.
