ACURA TL Refurbished Amplifier 2004 - 2008 Acura TL/TYPE S 3.2/3.5 39186-SEP-A010/A110-M1 Send your original amplifier in for a core return of $50! Please read details below for core returns. Refer to the link below to send your amplifier in for repair service and save! Faulty capacitors or capacitors that are going bad in the amplifier will cause symptoms listed above. This is very common from 2004 to 2006 Acura TLs, not as common from 2007 to 2008. Failing capacitors is the primary failure, Acura used better caps in the 07/08 models hence less issues. Failures are still prevalent as vehicles are coming up on 20 years old and capacitors degrade over time. As part of the repair process ALL CAPACITORS are replaced with Nichicon/Rubycon capacitors on every amplifier. Repaired quite a few of these units and provided a warranty to back up our work. -Replaced amplifier but I am still having issues with my sound. If the amplifier was replaced and you are still having issues please let us know. Most audio system faults are related to the amplifier in our experience. Other faults that cause symptoms above can be related to the vehicle's  charging system (alternator and battery) and your radio head unit. If your vehicle is equipped with an aftermarket radio or speakers, we can not predict how the factory amplifier functions with an aftermarket setup.
