Fits 2002 2003 2004 2005 2006 Toyota Camry Replace your existing module or install factory keyless entry if your car doesn’t have it. Tested, no issues. Some of the camrys came from the factory with out keyless entry, but a lot of those were still prewired with a plug located behind the plastic cover on the rear passenger pillar (just pull on it and you will see if you have a plug behind it). If you do not have a prewired plug, then your only option is to get an aftermarket keyless system installed. Troubleshooting tip 1: Some Camrys have an intermittent issue where only the driver door will lock/unlock and the other door locks intermittently do not work. That issue is not related to this part. That is a problem in the fuse panel soldering connection below steering wheel.   Replacing this module will not fix that issue. Troubleshooting tip 2: If the light in your headliner (dome light) isn't working, go ahead and check the fuse for that light because the dome light and this receiver share the same fuse.
