Smaller items ship 1st class, uninsured unless insurance is request OR sent Priority Mail that includes minimum of $50.00 coverage, with additional coverage available. USED Electrical items (sensors/clusters/ECMs etc.)that are stated to be  NO DOA (NO DEAD ON ARRIVAL) have a 14 day warranty and have been tested prior to removal.   The warranty coverage starts the day of delivery. ASE certified installation and proof/receipt needed if any claim is made for an electrical item not working.   ANY flaws or portions not tested (ie. Cruise control or Speedometers in cases like: bad transmission, suspension damage) will be NOTED and that portion of the item is not covered under the NO DOA warranty.   Our warranty does not cover any labor costs.   Working items may be listed as for parts or not working only to reduce returns for invalid reasons but description will disclose any flaws.   Parts should be considered "For Parts or repair" and may need Dealer/Mechanic reprogramming and/or diagnostic support for correct functionality.   Odometer miles are ESTIMATED unless shown in pictures. Odometer fraud IS illegal and is the buyers responsibility to have the cluster updated with their original miles.   We sell used car and truck parts, buyer assumes all responsibility for final fitment and proper diagnosis and placement. No claim for non-receipt will be honored once tracking shows it was delivered.
