This OEM power antenna assembly was not bench tested. These specific antenna models have to be taken apart in order to bench test them. I previously tried that with another antenna of the same model, and although it was working, I accidentally broke it during the testing process. Because of that, I chose not to disassemble this one. When the mast is gently pulled upward by hand, it feels intact and connected, which is usually a good sign on these units. That said, since it was not bench tested or installed in a vehicle, it is possible that it may have issues.
