Fits 1998.5 to 2007 and possibly newer 24 valve Dodge Cummins. Good used Factory Dodge Cummins rocker arm steel isolator tips as pictured. This was removed from a 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 series quad cab 4 -wheel drive 3/4- ton truck equipped with a 24 valve Cummins turbo diesel engine and NV 4500 standard transmission.
