You are buying a pair of good used roof rack rails from a 2000 Toyota 4Runner as pictured. One rail has a 12 inch area where it has surface rust as pictured. It would be a good idea to sandblast or wire brush them & repaint with Rustoleum to prevent future rust. They will fit from 1996 - 2002 3rd generation 4Runners.
