This Cadillac was very clean and low mileage. I cleaned this housing via media blasting and chemical cleaning and it looks almost like brand new, inside and out. I also include a lot of parts no one else gives you, like a thermostat housing, some bolts and fasteners, and misc other parts ( as shown in the pictures) Others may sell these as just pulled from a car, but they can be not clean or inspected. I have sold these for years and not one buyer has ever not been very happy with their purchase as it is ready to install once you add the water pump assembly and a few other seals and gaskets. All of the threads are in excellent shape as are the tabs that hold the water pump into the housing. Please make sure the one on your Caddy is EXACTLY the same number as this unit so it fits perfectly ! This item is already boxed and ready to ship when ordered.
