1994 Chevy Silverado c1500 5-Speed NV3500 Manual Transmission 5.7L GAS--ALL GOOD Need any measurements, questions or additional pictures please ask. Excellent condition. No chips or damage on gears or any parts. This is my friends transmission, he still drives the truck trans came out of, he sent me the story on it and these are his words; 168000 Miles, truck started making a noise, myself and the mechanic thought it was trans. Changed clutch set up first, still made same noise, pulled trans out, put in used trans with 288000 on it, still same sound, we were puzzled so mechanic tore down old trans to see what problem might be, in the mean time I had another mechanic looking at it, while he was moving in parking lot his wife seen the left rear tire jump, pulled cover off of rear-end and found pieces of ring n pinion gear in bottom of chunk, replaced rear-end with 2010 rear-end and that fixed problem. Nobody thought to check rear-end till his wife seen tire jump. Amazing.. My trans that came out was quieter than the used one that's in it now, its a great transmission.
