Excellent like-new condition digital instrument cluster pulled from my 1994 S500 VIN WDBGA51E8RA180322 with approximately 99,500 miles. Light bulbs have been replaced and are all working. Everything works. All pixels on the display work. There is one very small scuff in the plastic seen on the close-up photo, that can probably be polished away. Additionally, the metal posts that stop the needles develop corrosion from humidity. These things will happen on a junkyard car sitting in the sun all day, but this car was garaged for its entire life, and after this cluster was removed from my car in 2023 it has been stored in a well padded box in my house. Early production cars came with analog odometers and I think this car originally came with one. The mechanical odometers were failure-prone and I believe this digital cluster was swapped in at a dealer. Later production 1997-1998 cars have a different shape to the digital display. No programming is needed to swap the instrument cluster on these cars. There are two guides for how to remove the instrument cluster by searching Benzworld forums for: "Photo DIY - Instrument Cluster R/R with Bulb Changes" or my guide: "Another DIY how to replace instrument cluster gauge panel bulbs - 1994 S500 (Pre facelift) with pics, links, part numbers" I can confirm this will work with M119 engine W140s, but in theory it could work with all W140s, and R129s.
