We can ship to residential with liftgate service, but it cost more. **RETURN POLICY** In the event you need to return merchandise please contact us for an RMA, we will not accept returns without one. All returned parts must be in the same condition as received and uninstalled. We will inspect the part or item upon receipt. Any part or item deemed to be installed and non-working due to install or customer negligence will not be accepted as a return. If a part or item is deemed to be defective or broken upon inspection not due to the aforementioned, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion. Please keep in mind, due to the nature of the business, we may not stock another identical/replacement part, and therefore would refund the customer or issue a store credit. Refunds are subject to will be issued back to the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is no longer valid, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit. Store credit is not redeemable for cash.
