This parking brake was sandblasted and repainted with high heat cast iron paint. This parking brake was removed from a 1973 Plymouth Satellite. It has a date code of 1033. Meaning it was made on the 103rd day of 1973 and it is dated for a 1973 car. The tension spring is located at the top of this parking brake. Nice restored emergency / parking brake mechanism assembly for 1973 B body Plymouth Roadrunner/Satellite/ 1973 Dodge Charger/Superbee or E Bodies like 1973/1974 Plymouth Cuda or Dodge Challenger. Complete assembly including brake switch. All components work great. Ready to install. Includes mounting bolt and the two nuts. The parking brake handle and the rubber pad are in used condition. The mounting studs are original and have not been broken. This correct for 1973/1974 B or E Body models, and can be used on 1971 and 1972 models, but the tension spring was in a different location and the rubber pedal pad was a different pattern.
