**1971 / 1972** **GM** **High Performance** **Smog Pump** **The Pumps With the Pressure Relief valves would have been Used More on the High Performance Cars With Big Block's Or High output Small Bocks Found in the Corvette , Camaro , Chevelle or Nova** On the Half moon cutout at the bottom side of the pump it is stamped **14621Y** this would  be **Day 146 of 1972** to be used on the model year of **1972** On the Front of the Pump you can clearly see the Casting date of 72 or the year 1972 ! **Please Note -** This Pump Has a Crack in the Case you can see it on the Front ! I have Circled it in the Pictures this Should not Effect its operation in Any Way ! With the Fan in Place you will not be able to see it ! The rear plate on the pump is casting number 7801149 You can Also see the Pump Has on the back side the Original Bolt's ! The Pressure Relief Valve on top has been Replated to original condition ! This Pump Has been taken Apart and Glass bead Blasted Clean and DeVained ! There are no Veins inside the pump it is non Functioning The pump will spin free and not steal any power from your motor !
