The product is a 1970 Pontiac 455 engine block, specifically a 4 bolt main block. This particular block has been cleaned, magnafluxed, pressure checked and inspected. It is a SR block, meaning it has a gm service replacement. This engine block is a genuine Pontiac part, ideal for restoring or repairing a classic Pontiac vehicle. The back threaded plug was brazed by someone before me in the 1980's as I have owned it since then it's always been there, it is currently about .007" to .008" less than .030" over/ 4.185" this block is worth a lot to the right person as service replacement are recognized as original, I will arrange and ship out with a couple days of purchase unless it is purchased over a weekend, it will be in a box on a pallet shipped freight, thank you!
