The  OEM casting number is 3931065T GM-2 and is dated H-23-8 (August 23, 1968) which is correct for the 1969 model year. **NOTE: One of the threaded bolt holes has a threaded insert to repair the threads as shown in the pictures.** This rebuilt water pump comes with a 6 month warranty and a new mounting gasket set.
