1967 Corvette Wiper Blades ‘Peaked’ .. Assembly Line .. GM # 3908118 .. USA Made

The Real -Deal_** This is a lightly used pair of Trico Wiper Blade Holders with ‘NOS’ three-line Trico refills. These are debossed ‘ **Trico Made in USA’** on **both ends**.I believe the GM assembly line part for these was #3908118 or #3899508. These were produced by Trico, specifically for the 1967 Corvette Model year. Most if not all are incorrect replacements. These **are not** replacement wipers they are in fact the **_real-deal_**. These have the correct ‘peaked design’, satin finish, patent #’s, refills, etc. The Trico regulator (where the bayonet arm snaps in) has **no** side play at the attaching rivets; evidencing these were lightly used. Their factory stainless steel **_satin finish_** is very nice and I have done nothing to enhance their appearance. **Corvette**: Correct in 1967 (from approx. mid January 1967 through the end of years production). Prior to approx. January 1967 (1967 Corvettes made in calendar year 1966) the wiper holder ends did not read: **Trico Made in** **USA**on both ends. Early 1967 Corvettes had just **Trico** on the ends. Then a transition to **Trico** on one end and **Trico** **Made in USA** on the other end. **BTW I have some of these variants also.
