This water pump will work for all 396 and 427 applications from 1965-68 but is date correct for the 1966 model year. The OEM casting number is 3856284 GM-1 and is dated J-11-5. This pump has the correct GM cast iron impeller. This rebuilt water pump comes with a 6 month warranty and a new mounting gasket set.
