To help stiffen the body of the convertible, these braces were mounted between the cowl and the left and right front fender. We often find them missing (especially from the passenger's side). They were likely removed when someone was performing repairs in the engine room and forgotten or lost. We have inspected, cleaned, and painted a pair if you find yours are missing, bent or damaged! Looking for a Lincoln part you don’t see in our store? Send us a direct message and we’ll check into it for you. Any New Old Stock parts may have shelf wear. While we do our best to include your part’s original packaging as pictured, in some cases this may not be possible. We strive for happy customers! If you feel like you've had anything other than a 5-star experience, contact us so we can make things right.
