Most items are shipped the same-day as purchase. - Engines must be shipped to a **commercial address with a dock and forklift** or to the closest shipping terminal. - Residential freight shipping or any drop-off fthat needs a liftgate and/or forklift is an extra fee which will be charged separately. - To aid in installation, there is no core charge for this engine: you get to keep your current engine and all attached accessories. - Refund issued only if replacement part is not available - Warranty period begins the day after delivery # Transmissions ## Shipping As a large item, transmissions must be shipped via truck freight, and require signature upon delivery. If there is a problem with delivery, any additional charges (re-delivery, limited access fees, gate fees, wrong address, fork lift fees, etc.) must be paid by the buyer. - Quick shipping! Most items are shipped the same-day as purchase. - Transmissions must be shipped to a **commercial address with a dock and forklift** or to the closest shipping terminal. - Residential freight shipping or any drop-off fthat needs a liftgate and/or forklift is an extra fee which will be charged separately. Buyer will need to replace the transmission oil filter, put a new pan gasket on, flush and add manufacturer specific fluids. Axle seals, front seals, and drive shaft seals will also need to be replaced. Transmission lines will need flushed, along with the transmission oil cooler needs replaced (if equipped, this needs to be done so contaminants from the bad transmission will not ruin your replacement transmission). Some external sensors or solenoids may need to be replaced. Relearning, resetting, adjustment of shifter linkage & rods, replacement of computers & programming may need to be done at adealership for proper shifting. In some cases the Transmission Control Computer module is internal and incorporated with the valve body, which may require the valve body to be replaced. Transfer cases will not be included with transmissions from 4x4 or All Wheel Drive vehicles. **We do not cover labor, diagnostics, towing or rental car costs.** - Our 30-day replacement warranty applies to parts that arrive defective/damaged or become defective within the warranty period - Shipping charges will not be refunded; buyer pays return shipping - To aid in installation, there is no core charge for this transmission: you get to keep your current transmission and all attached accessories.
