The idler arm is for Mustangs with V8 . So the packaging got wet and was sitting in a tote for sometime. The parts inside do have some surface rust to them, but there are suspension parts and are going to get some surface rust anyways. This should be about half the price of one in a good package. As long as you’re OK with some surface rust and bad packaging it’s good to go. Thanks.
