This is for one Chevrolet Corvette Impala 427 396 big block air cleaner base Fits model years 1965 1966 \*\*\*\*VERY LAST ONE\*\*\*\*\*\*\* We show you real metal No fake bondo or welding patches This is finished with GM original spec paint that is gasoline resistant As OEM It had some beating in past to clear something the rear shows the denting The price is reduced accordingly Look at pictures It’s not perfect, with air filter and on car you are not going to see the old modification Won’t affect air filter or function On the car probably most won’t see it Correct repro tube has been welted in place \\*\\*\\* We show you the bare metal\*\*\* Be aware of later model year bases that have had the 5 o’clock bump removed, a piece of metal welded in place The hem flange and other changes were made so they won’t pass judging No where else will you see the real metal underneath before we have the OEM fuel resistant paint applied Powder coat is wrong Won’t pass judging This shows slight ring so it fits ‘65 will pass judging for no 5 o’clock bump The slight ring suggests late 65 and 66 Note I know via the drawing what the paint was cause I was there at GM back then Flint Plant 6 See our other listings 1965-1966 Corvette original 396-427 air cleaner base- BB 65-66 ONLY!!.
